Course Title: Conceptual Frameworks in Educational Leadership

Reflection: My first course taken under my secondary concentrations (taken during the summer at that!) and what a joy.  The rigor of meta-cognition which was encouraged stretched me enormously and led to a focus regarding my values and resultant academic research interests.  Reading authors outside my regular vein resulted in multiple intersections for exploration.  Argyris, Gronn, and others all conspired under Dr. Brazer’s engaging style towards expanding my theoretical base.
